Affiliate Account Manager

Responsibilities

Manage and nurture affiliate partners for a diverse client portfolio.
Pull and analyze weekly and monthly performance reports, presenting findings to clients.
Develop strategies to enhance performance through commission structure testing and cross-channel analysis.
Ensure efficient workflow and processes, adjusting as needed for optimal productivity.
Handle day-to-day tasks within the affiliate network.

Requirements

2-3 years of Affiliate Marketing experience.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience with affiliate networks like Impact, Pepperjam, or ShareASale.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficiency in G-suite & Excel.

Preferences

Experience with reporting dashboards like Affluent.
Exposure to different verticals/business models such as subscription, retail, B2B, etc.
Experience training and coaching junior team members.
Ability to comprehend and discuss attribution & LTV.
