Customer Service Representative

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $15.00hr - $20.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls and emails.
• Proficiency in using technology systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot problem jobs and generate reports.
• Ability to follow through on customer inquiries.
• Retention and acquisition of industry and position required knowledge.
• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Availability for overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a representative of the organization to provide top quality service to customers.
• Perform repetitive duties requiring analysis and use of individual judgment.
• Answer phone calls and take new orders.
• Process redo requests.
• Answer technical questions and provide price quotes.
• Research frame mix-ups and search for lost frames.
• Track lost shipments via consolidated carriers and UPS.
• Respond to text messages on communication platforms throughout the day.
• Complete and send notification cards for multiple accounts.
• Contact accounts via call or text to inform them of job breakages and potential delays.
• Coordinate with other laboratories to research late jobs and provide estimated times of arrival to accounts.
• Make follow-up calls to accounts with requested information.
• Create shipping labels.
• Add jobs to the communication board.
• Perform data entry to modify jobs at the request of accounts.
