Registration Specialist Ob-Gyn
Schedule: Flexible start between 7:00 AM 8:30 AM, Monday through Friday (No weekends or holidays). Onsite position.
Locations: E. Washington St. & Fishers

- Patient scheduling and appointment coordination
- Pre-registration and accurate data entry
- Managing office correspondence and communication
- Facilitating patient flow from entry to destination in a timely, professional manner
- Validating financial and demographic information to ensure accurate records
- Explaining department/hospital policies to patients

Qualifications
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: Experience in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical practices
- Ability to learn and retain medical coding (ICD-10, CPT)
- Understanding of insurance information and reimbursement processes
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
