Receptionist Opportunity
We are looking for a receptionist who's the friendly face and voice of our agency. If you've got a positive attitude, a love for helping people, and know how to handle a little fun and a lot of responsibility, we want to meet you!
Responsibilities include:
- Giving a warm welcome to every client who walks through the door or calls in
- Answering phones promptly and professionally
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks and customer follow-up
- Keeping the front office neat, organized, and full of positive vibes
- Helping our clients feel seen, heard, and cared for from the moment they contact us
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
