Fund Accountant
Connect Search, LLC
Prepare quarterly investor reporting and assist with fund accounting and financial reporting activities. Support deal closings by coordinating accounting, documentation, and operational processes. Communicate with portfolio companies to collect, review, and organize financial information. Assist with fund operations, reconciliations, and special projects to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Collaborate with accounting, operations, legal, investor relations, and investment teams to support day-to-day fund activities. Ideal Candidate Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 1–3 years of accounting or fund accounting experience Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment Private equity, investment management, or financial services experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Connect Search, LLC
