Registered Nurse is an onsite position.Essential Functions1. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care provided to patients.2. Maintain accurate, timely, detailed reports and records.3. Individualize care based on patient values, preferences, and needs.4. Collaborate and advocate with other health care providers to provide best outcome for patients.5.
