Within your first year, you will learn the fundamentals, build your pipeline, and close deals with full support from our team. Job Functions Jump in and learn proven sales techniques through hands‑on training and mentorship. Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking. Lead introductory conversations with potential clients to uncover needs and introduce SIPS solutions. Partner with senior sales leaders on research, outreach, and proposal development. Keep your pipeline organized and up‑to‑date in our CRM system. Be a team player by sharing ideas, collaborating with peers, and celebrating wins together. Hit and exceed activity goals and revenue targets, showing that your hard work delivers real results. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong customer service and client relations skills. Ability to work extended hours as needed. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and give presentations.
