This role leads product prioritization, manages the initiative backlog, identifies and mitigates delivery risks, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize product performance, enhance user experiences, and ensure successful execution of strategic objectives.In this role you will:Understand and execute on the vision, strategic priorities and goals of Dealer Originations, translating them into a roadmap of capabilities and enhancements that provide measurable business valueContribute to successful, continuous and on time delivery of product capabilities, by identifying risks and developing and recommending mitigation strategiesLead the backlog of initiatives, aligning experiences across teams and touchpoints to ensure the best business resultsTroubleshoot and research issues related to risk, dependencies, behaviors, or performance to identify what is impacting delivery and determine how to addressEstablish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and other influencers who contribute to the definition and ongoing support of Dealer Origination strategies through stewardship, influence, motivation and change leadershipLead the prioritization of initiatives, aligning experiences across channels and touchpoints to ensure the best business resultsParticipate in the planning of the future direction of Dealer Originations delivery strategy and features by combining business needs and insights with customer feedback to establish delivery roadmaps and strategies that are built on consensus and buy-in from senior leadership and key stakeholdersIdentify optimization opportunities for continuous product improvementInfluence, nurture, and lead a team of direct-report team members charged with implementing the product roadmapPerform other duties as assignedConform with all corporate policies and proceduresFull timePosting Date: 2026-09-21
