Retail & Leadership Experience: At least one year of retail management experience preferred, with a proven ability to drive sales and support team success. Confidence in Piercing Services: Willingness to become a trained piercing specialist and provide expert guidance to customers. Strong Communication & Selling Skills: You know how to engage customers, build relationships, and close the sale. Ability to Work Independently: You’re self-motivated, organized, and can take charge when needed. Job Requirements You can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers.
