GENERAL SUMMARY:

This individual will teach college level Spanish courses within the School of Arts, Sciences and Health. Subjects to be taught will include (but are not limited to) elementary Spanish I and II. Education Required Qualifications Master's degree in an appropriate discipline from an accredited college or university; or master's degree with 18 graduate credit hours in related discipline. Experience Three years teaching experience in Higher Education preferred Proven history of demonstrating ethical and professional behavior. Certifications, Registrations, And/or Licenses A valid Oklahoma driver's license will be required if performing the functions of the position requires the use of a personal or university vehicle. Skills, Proficiencies, And/or Knowledge Demonstrated success in collaborating with various constituencies. Must be a strong advocate for integrating technology into the delivery of instruction. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and human relations. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and resolve conflicts as necessary. Must exhibit characteristics of a team player. Must be willing to take initiative and assume responsibility.
