Job Qualifications Educational/Training Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources Management or equivalent level of knowledge and experience. Knowledge of adult learning principles. Familiarity with credit union/banking compliance training. Superior communication skills. Experience: 5–10+ years in training and development in the financial services industry, specifically. Financial services experience preferred. Experience managing LMS platforms. Experience developing, implementing, and delivering hard and soft skills training programs. Training Strategy & Program Development Develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy aligned with organizational goals. Oversee onboarding training programs. Design training for member service, lending, contact center, and operations. Partner with leaders to identify training needs. Create and maintain training materials. Support product and system implementations and system upgrades. Adaptive Learning & Training Delivery Adapt training to kinesthetic, auditory, and visual learners. Design blended learning experiences. Assess learning preferences. Incorporate interactive learning techniques. Modify training pace and format. Use coaching and feedback. Ensure inclusive and accessible training. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure compliance training alignment (BSA/AML, UDAAP, etc.). Maintain audit‑ready documentation. Monitor training quality. This full‑time position is approximately 40 or more hours per week. Saturdays are on an as needed basis. Flexibility is a must.
