Pride Health is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to support our client’s medical facility, located in Norwood, MA. This is a 6+ month contract assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

• Job title : Patient Care Coordinator
• Location: Norwood, MA 02062
• Duration : Contract
• Pay: $20 - $25. on w2/Pay Rate is based on experience and educational qualifications.
• Shift : 8:30 am - 5pm

Specific Duties:

• Provide inbox coverage and administrative support for approximately 25 providers.
• Process and manage various forms and medical documentation.
• Prepare and process patient letters as needed.
• Handle imaging prior authorizations and follow up on required documentation.
• Reschedule patient appointments and coordinate scheduling changes.
• Sort, organize, and distribute incoming faxes to the appropriate departments/providers.
• Support providers and clinical staff with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation while ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

Ideal Candidate Background:

• At least 1 year of administrative, secretarial, or office support experience.
• Healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience working in a medical office or clinical environment is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of administrative or secretarial experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
