AUTOMOTIVE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Volkswagen of Corpus Christi has been family owned and operated for over 16 years, and we're growing.

We're looking for motivated people who enjoy working with customers and want a career with unlimited income potential. No automotive sales experience is required. We provide professional training for candidates with experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, bartending, serving, banking, or other customer-facing positions.

If you've been successful helping customers, building relationships, and enjoy earning based on your performance, we'll teach you the automotive business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Help customers find the Volkswagen that best fits their needs, lifestyle, and budget.

• Demonstrate vehicles through walk-arounds and test drives while explaining features and benefits.

• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from start to finish.

• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

• Follow up with customers by phone, text, email, and CRM to answer questions and earn their business.

• Manage internet leads, phone opportunities, showroom traffic, and repeat customers.

• Keep accurate customer notes and complete follow-up activities in our CRM.

• Work closely with sales managers to provide an outstanding customer experience and achieve monthly sales goals.

WHO SUCCEEDS HERE

• Previous experience working directly with customers in sales, retail, hospitality, restaurants, banking, or customer service.

• Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required.

• Enjoys meeting new people and building relationships.

• Comfortable communicating by phone, text, email, and using computer systems or CRM software.

• Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Coachable, competitive, dependable, and motivated to succeed.

• Positive attitude with a professional appearance.

• Valid driver's license.

• Available to work Saturdays.

COMPENSATION

• Commission-based compensation with a $3,000 monthly draw.

• Realistic first-year earning potential of $60,000-$90,000 .

• Top performers have the opportunity to earn $100,000+ annually.
