Structure is a full-service trade show exhibit and event marketing company specializing in custom exhibits, modular displays, portable solutions, environments, and experiential activations. We help brands stand out at trade shows, conferences, and events across North America through innovative design, flawless execution, and exceptional customer service. We're growing and looking for a driven, ambitious, in-office, Account Executive who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, and closing new business. Position Summary The Account Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities and growing revenue through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up. This is a true hunter role. While the company provides qualified inbound leads, the successful candidate will also be expected to create their own opportunities through outbound efforts and strategic business development. This position is based in our Las Vegas office and is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, solving client challenges, and winning new business. Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, social selling, and industry events. Follow up on company-generated leads and convert opportunities into qualified sales meetings. Target exhibitors at major national trade shows in Las Vegas, Chicago, and other key convention markets. Focus prospecting efforts on shows closest to Structure's build centers to maximize efficiency and profitability. Develop relationships with event managers, trade show managers, and marketing teams operating multiple smaller booths throughout the year. Conduct discovery meetings to understand client objectives, budgets, timelines, and exhibit requirements. Collaborate with design, estimating, project management, and operations teams to develop compelling exhibit solutions. Present concepts, proposals, and pricing to prospective clients. Negotiate agreements and close new business. Manage opportunities through HubSpot CRM. Develop long-term client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals. Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry functions as needed. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Qualifications 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience. Experience selling trade show exhibits, experiential marketing, events, marketing services, manufacturing solutions, or other consultative business services preferred. Proven track record of prospecting and closing new business. Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented. Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems. Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
