In this role, you’ll help homeowners achieve healthy, green lawns through professional lawn treatments, fertilization, weed control, aeration, seeding, and pest control services. What We Offer Competitive pay plus commission opportunities Benefits package available Paid training and ongoing development Career growth opportunities within a growing company Independent, route-based work environment Supportive team culture focused on safety and success Opportunity to work outdoors and stay active What You’ll Do Apply lawn care treatments including fertilization, weed control, and soil health applications Perform lawn aeration, overseeding, power seeding, and turf improvement services Provide mosquito, tick, and outdoor pest control treatments Operate lawn care equipment and service vehicles safely and efficiently Educate customers on lawn health, maintenance recommendations, and additional service options Maintain accurate service records and route documentation Assist with shop organization, equipment maintenance, and daily preparation Meet productivity goals while delivering exceptional customer service Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation to and from work Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Ability to safely operate machinery and lawn care equipment Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Preferred Experience While not required, experience in the following areas is highly valued: Lawn care or landscaping services Turf management or grounds maintenance Fertilizer application or weed control Pest control or mosquito control services Outdoor labor, route service, or field technician roles Customer service or residential service industries About Lawn Doctor Lawn Doctor is a nationally recognized leader in lawn care, turf treatment, and outdoor pest control services.
