Make up artist for Priscilla, Queen of the Desert
DESCRIPTION
The Gallery Players in Park Slope is seeking a make up artist for its upcoming non-equity production of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert - the musical. Director, Ryan Hendricks. Producer, Dominic Cuskern. The show performs from September 18th-October 4th on a Thursday through Sunday schedule (except for the first weekend). There are two shows on Saturdays. Tech starts on Friday, September 11th from 7-11PM and continues on Saturday, September 12th and Sunday, September 13th. These will be our ten hour days. Monday is a day off. Dress rehearsals are on the Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evening prior to the opening on the 18th. We are seeking a creative, collaborative team player who can design looks that are exciting, appropriate to the world of the play and features actors playing drag artists. Some make up changes will be very fast so the candidate will need ot be adept at creating looks that are quick and distinctive There is a one time stipend of $400.DURATION
