Job Description
Premier Pursuit is working with a top AmLaw firm that needs a commercial real estate associate in Chicago.
\n \nThe work is the transactional side across the board - acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures, and development work for institutional owners, funds, and lenders. Some of it is single-asset, a good amount is portfolio. The group is adding capacity because the volume is there, not to replace someone who left.
\n \nWhat we think actually matters for this one: you've closed deals at the mid-level, you can read a term sheet and know what to push on, and you want to stay in Chicago. Three to six years is the ideal band, Illinois admission or the ability to waive in.
