What We Are Looking For Juris Doctor (JD) 3–6 years of commercial real estate or real estate finance experience, ideally at a law firm or in-house legal team Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and mortgage lending Ability to meet a billable requirement of 1,800 hours annually Attorneys coming from larger firms seeking a more balanced environment Boutique firm attorneys looking for access to larger clients and multi-practice support Collaborative and professional personality with strong interpersonal skills Interested?
