Every smile you inspire and every connection you help build contributes to making Complete Care feel like home for our residents.Activity Aide Schedule & Benefits:As an Activity Aide at Complete Care, you'll enjoy:Part-time, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday 9am-5pm scheduleDaily Pay availableCompetitive compensationA supportive team environment where your contributions are recognized and appreciatedActivity Aide Qualifications:• High school diploma or GED required• Previous experience as an Activity Aide or in a long-term care, healthcare, recreation, or customer service setting is preferred, but we are happy to train motivated candidates• Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Creative, dependable, organized, and able to work well as part of a team• Basic computer skills required• A genuine passion for enriching the lives of seniorsActivity Aide Responsibilities:• Assist the Director of Activities in coordinating and leading daily recreational, social, and therapeutic programs• Encourage resident participation and provide one-on-one support during activities as needed• Monitor resident engagement and communicate observations to the nursing team when appropriate• Maintain accurate attendance records and activity documentation• Help decorate Complete Care for holidays, seasonal events, and special celebrations• Prepare activity materials and ensure activity spaces remain organized and inviting• Support community events and special programs that enhance the resident experience• Perform additional duties assigned by the Director of Activities or AdministratorJoin our team and start a rewarding career as an Activity Aide with Complete Care!Complete Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
