About the Program Join our internship program that is designed to provide hands-on experience in both hospitality and business operations. Over the course of the term, you’ll work alongside experienced mentors in culinary services, catering, marketing, and operations—building the skills to launch your career in hospitality or business management. As a sustainability intern, the focus is on environmental issues to help improve sustainability practices and meet our sustainability goals and foster positive, lasting change. Key Responsibilities Conducting sustainability assessments to identify areas for improvement Helping to set, develop and implement sustainability goals Assisting with staff training sessions and workshops centered on sustainable practices Monitoring and evaluating the performance of sustainability initiatives Skills You’ll Gain • Leadership & teamwork • Food safety & allergen awareness • Event planning & execution • Marketing & social media management Qualifications • Enrolled in Hospitality, Business, Culinary, Marketing, or related program • Junior or Senior class standing • Strong communication & interpersonal skills • Eager to learn and rotate across departments • Proficient in Microsoft Office; hospitality/POS systems a plus • Flexible schedule; some evening/weekend availability may be required This is a paid intern position; however, it is not eligible for paid time off (PTO) or benefits such as medical, dental, vision, etc. Associates may also be eligible for paid and/or unpaid time off benefits in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
