Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy and couples therapy sessions for clients across various age ranges, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions by maintaining detailed notes and progress records, aligned with the organization's policies.
• Schedule ongoing appointments with clients and manage an organized calendar, ensuring timely follow-ups and a consistent therapy timeline.
• Engage with a wide array of clinical presentations, demonstrating expertise in navigating the complexities of mental health challenges.
• Collaborate with other therapists within our practice to share insights, strategies, and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, addressing various mental health issues, particularly anxiety and trauma. Your role will involve building trust and rapport with clients, creating a safe space for them to explore their feelings and experiences. You will be instrumental in helping clients achieve their therapeutic goals, leading to improved mental health outcomes and enhanced quality of life.

Qualifications

• A master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work is required.
• Current and valid LCSW license, allowing for independent practice.
• Proficient in therapeutic techniques with a strong understanding of cultural competencies.
• Self-motivated and organized, with excellent time management skills that facilitate effective work with a full caseload.
• Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain healthy therapeutic boundaries with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working with couples is highly desirable and will be regarded favorably during the selection process.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and refinement of therapeutic skills.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings per week to accommodate client schedules.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 100,000 per year, complemented by performance-based bonuses. As a W2 employee, you will enjoy competitive compensation along with a generous benefits package that includes:
