Canyon Truck Upfitters is looking for an Office Administrator to be the first face and voice our customers meet. You'll keep the front office running smoothly by handling paperwork, answering phones, greeting customers, and helping with counter sales. If you like variety in your day and take pride in doing things right, we'd like to meet you.What you will doGreet customers as they arrive and provide knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt serviceAnswer phones promptly, assist with counter sales, and provide price quotes in person and onlineHandle light bookkeeping, data entry, end-of-day reports, ticket entry, and mailFollow up with customers on special ordersRecommend additional products and services that fit customers' needsServe as shuttle/courtesy driver and handle product pick-ups and deliveriesAssist with inventoryKeep the office and customer waiting area clean, stocked, and welcomingFollow safe work practices and Canyon Truck Upfitters' safety guidelinesTake part in training and development opportunitiesOther duties as assignedWhat You BringAt least 18 years of ageValid driver's license and an insurable driving record6 months of related office or customer service experienceStrong office, communication, and organizational skillsA customer-first attitude and close attention to detailHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Physical & Environmental FunctionsThis is primarily an indoor office role (about 75% sitting, 20% walking, 5% standing)Located at a shared workstation using a computer, keyboard, and phone.Occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs.Occasional extended days may be required.Work includes frequent reading, writing, and face-to-face customer contact, with some basic math.Compliance & Acknowledgment - This position must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
