What You'll Do

• Conduct patient screenings and evaluations for cognitive and ADL physical functioning disorders
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with regulatory standards
• Administer rehabilitative therapies including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, and assistive devices
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatments to improve outcomes
• Document all clinical activities accurately and completely in electronic records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members regarding patient care and discharge planning
• Supervise and support Occupational Therapist Assistants, aides, and students as needed
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and continual professional development

What You Need

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Oklahoma
• Current NBCOT certification
• At least 1 year of experience in Long Term Care preferred
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and follow regulatory guidelines
