Debt Finance Associate Attorney

Lateral Link is assisting a repeat client and top-ranked Am Law 25 firm in seeking a debt finance associate with 2–6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience advising banks and private credit/direct lending institutions, as well as private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers, on leveraged and acquisition financings. The practice group also regularly represents target companies of private equity sponsors in connection with leveraged buyouts, platform acquisitions, and other complex debt transactions. This is a sophisticated, broad-based finance practice with meaningful cross-office collaboration and substantial client exposure for associates. The firm is known for its strong culture, significant associate mentoring, and optimal long-term partnership and in-house prospects. Compensation is at the top of the market, with signing bonus potential. Large law or top-ranked midsize firm experience strongly preferred.
