What You'll Do As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for: Handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes Processing weekly payroll for staff Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining the general ledger Preparing financial reports and managing monthly sales tax filings Maintaining accurate financial records for various business divisions Assisting with budgeting and other accounting functions as needed What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience Proficiency with Sage or similar accounting software Strong skills in Microsoft Excel Experience managing account statements and account reconciliations Excellent organizational and attention to detail The ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities Why Join Us in Auburn?
