Patient Experience Concierge - Front Desk & Scheduling

Boston Children’s Hospital is seeking a Patient Experience Representative to support immunology front desk operations and patient coordination. You will ensure a positive patient experience by coordinating services for patients and families, and by supporting administrative workflows in a busy department. The role involves front desk coverage, scheduling, and collaboration with clinicians and staff.
