We’re seeking a driven, ambitious Advisor Recruiting Associate to help grow our Financial Advisor and Wealth Management services, recruiting for those business lines. • Make 50+ outbound calls per day, follow up on marketing campaigns, and drive client
  engagement
• Research target firms for prospects
• Collaborate with our recruiting team to support segmented projects focused on advisor search
• Attend industry networking events, conferences, and client meetings  
• Learn and represent our business model, value proposition, and service offerings with confidence and professionalism

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 3 year of experience in sales, recruiting, or client development (prefer B2B sales)
• Experience with CRM (SalesForce preferred); facile with Research tools (Gladstone uses Fintrx);
  office suite, Zoom
• Strong phone presence, excellent communication skills, and ability to build rapport quickly
• Professional, polished demeanor with the confidence to interact with in demand recruiting
  targets
• Self-starter, eager to learn the financial services sector and grow within the company
