We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team as the first point of contact for prospective customers.

We’re looking for individuals who have the will to succeed in a target‑driven environment with substantial incentives, and who work well with others, solving problems on the fly using Zoom and other communication methods. No prior experience is required, and you can work from the comfort of your own home with the flexibility to work some weekends and evenings. However, you must be a resident of the Cincinnati, Ohio area.

We are interested in adding 4-5 agents to handle a large area that has been inundated with client requests. We are looking for candidates who are coachable, motivated, and willing to learn. A positive attitude is required!

Qualifications

• Possess a valid life insurance license
• Must be a resident in the Cincinnati, Ohio area
• At least 1 year of experience in insurance sales (preferred)
• 18+ years old
• Pass a background check
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self‑motivated, coachable, and performance‑driven
