Compensation: $15.00 per hour plus commission opportunities. Successful team members typically earn $5,000-$6,000 per month, with top performers having the opportunity to earn more based on performance.

What You'll Do

As a Service BDC Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers scheduling vehicle maintenance and repair services. You'll help drive service lane traffic by delivering an exceptional customer experience, coordinating appointments, and maintaining consistent communication with customers throughout the service process.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries from service customers
• Schedule and confirm service appointments
• Follow up with customers regarding recommended maintenance and repair needs
• Re-engage previous customers and support retention initiatives
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes within dealership systems
• Work closely with Service Advisors and dealership leadership to maximize appointment show rates and customer satisfaction
• Meet performance goals related to appointments, show rates, and customer engagement

What You'll Bring

• Previous customer service, call center, BDC, appointment setting, or automotive experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a high-volume environment
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software systems
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
