ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2013 and currently lead a team of 15. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a Personal Banker with Wells Fargo, helping customers with business accounts, investments, and retirement planning. I graduated from James Madison University, am married with two children, and enjoy spending time with my family.

Giving back to the community is important to me. I'm a member of the Portsmouth Service League and Van Lefcoe Leadership Alumni, and I enjoy supporting organizations that make a positive impact in our local community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative with Beth Holland - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
