Home Health Caregiver - Weekend Shift

About the Role:

As a Home Health Caregiver with Right at Home Ann Arbor, you will provide companion care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care services (such as bathing and dressing) to seniors and vulnerable adults in their homes. You will work closely with our franchisee to understand the unique needs and preferences of each client, and deliver high-quality care and support to enhance their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, games, and outings

• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation

• Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Help clients with daily living activities, such as getting in and out of bed, and using the bathroom

• Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior to the franchisee or on-call team

• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; certification as a CNA, PCA, HHA, or LNA preferred

• Ability to work a Weekend Shift, with flexibility to work varying hours and shifts as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients as needed

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)
