Registered Nurse - Field Assessor

We’re hiring for a PRN Field Assessor to join our passionate team in Rochester, MN. As a Registered Nurse Field Assessor (FA) , you will complete Long Term Care insurance assessments. This involves obtaining claimant demographics, physician information, a current medication list, and evaluating the claimant’s functional level of independence. You will also perform a brief cognitive screening and assess the claimant’s ability to complete ADL and IADL tasks. The ideal candidate is technologically savvy and can use a point‑of‑care web application/system on a laptop or tablet in real time for documentation. Required Qualifications Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation Current CPR certification Demonstrated ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of RN experience Demonstrated ability to work independently Proven good communication, writing, and organizational skills Benefits This position is not eligible for benefits.
