Manage customer claims Take payments and answer billing questions Assist with assorted office tasks, such as ordering supplies, booking appointments, paying bills, managing paperwork, etc. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues. Maintain an accurate customer database. Review coverage with customers and process requested changes. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in customer service Ability to become licensed in Property, Casualty, Life, Health, and other required licenses and certifications Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
