Public Right of Way Technician

Quality Counts LLC seeks a Public Right of Way Technician to support transportation data collection and traffic operations projects. In this field-focused role, you will coordinate access to public right-of-way, set up and monitor traffic count and survey equipment, and implement safe, compliant traffic control following agency standards. You’ll interpret work plans, document conditions, and ensure high-quality data for engineering and planning analyses. Working closely with project managers and public agencies, you’ll help deliver reliable insights that guide infrastructure and mobility decisions while growing your technical and field skills in a collaborative, mission-driven team.
