EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS MANDATORY
No degree expressly mandated. Must be fully trained/licensed/certified for assigned social/digital media functions. Preferred/expected relevant credentials include Facebook Blueprint, Advanced Google Analytics, PII Compliance, CRM Marketing Automation, and applicable Google certifications.
WORK EXPERIENCE MANDATORY
Demonstrated experience managing digital marketing/social media campaigns of similar size, scope and target demographics. Must be capable of managing campaign strategy, lead generation, reporting, quality control, schedules, LAARNG interface, and cross-functional creative/digital teams.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS NICE TO HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business or related field; Google Ads/Analytics, Meta/Facebook and marketing-automation certifications.
WORK EXPERIENCE NICE TO HAVE
Military recruiting, Army/National Guard, DoD, Federal/public-sector marketing experience; experience with NA,200/month multi-platform ad buys, A/B testing, lead-generation analytics, SEO, social listening and conversion optimization.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead overall account execution and serve as primary day-to-day interface with LAARNG Marketing; develop campaign strategy and baseline analytics within 20 days; manage lead-generation and engagement-growth plan; coordinate NA,200/month digital ad buys and A/B testing; oversee content calendar, approvals and posting cadence; manage weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reporting; enforce QC and schedule adherence; coordinate photography/video production, community management, web/analytics and lead-routing teams; track KPIs/ROI and recommend optimizations; ensure secure handling of lead data and compliance with DoD/Army/LAARNG guidance.
