AKHIRE is currently recruiting for the following position:

Dispatcher/Administrative Assistant

Full-time

Rate of pay: Starting at $22.00 DOE

Anchorage, AK

Start Date - ASAP

Duration - Permanent

Duties:

Answering phones, scheduling customers, dispatching technicians
Processing invoices, and ordering parts
Processing payments for service
Forwarding warranty items to the warranty department
Giving shipping and freight estimates
Tracking parts status, as well as creating quotes from technician's recommendations
Must be able to pass a background check

Requirements:

Experience - Dispatcher/Administrative Assistant
One year experience in office administration or dispatching preferred
Must be able to type at a rate of 60 words per minute

Benefits:
