Fort Pierce - Program Services & Data Coordinator

The AmeriCorps VISTA Program Services & Data Coordinator will support Treasure Coast Food Bank in enhancing the effectiveness of its Ending Hunger framework by collecting, evaluating, and visualizing data related to service delivery, neighbor intake, and program performance. This VISTA member will help identify service gaps, optimize scheduling across partner sites, and support the implementation of digital tools for greater efficiency and impact. Qualifications: - Strong analytical and data management skills; proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or other data tools required. - Background is software design or an understanding how data collection software works - Experience in working with large data sets, program evaluation, mapping tools required. - Strong writing and communication skills, especially for reporting and visualization. - Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage complex information. - Familiarity with nonprofit, food security, or health-related fields is a plus.

Member Duties : Data Analysis: - Aggregate data across entire service territory to assess service coverage - Analyze trends and provide improvement strategies in service delivery and equity Data Collection: - Create Neighbor surveys, using what we collect from the Service Insights platform and expand to further understand the communities we serve - Build Agency Partner assessment file to understand their capacity and analyze if they are growing as the community grows Data Support: - Assist in deploying intake software (SIMC) across program sites - Data entry from surveys, Neighbor Intake forms and general software
