Therapeutic Diet Manager
ARAMARK
As a Therapeutic Diet Manager at ARAMARK, you will lead the design and delivery of specialized and medically necessary diets within healthcare and institutional settings. You will oversee therapeutic menu planning, ensuring nutritional adequacy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with physician and clinical orders. Partnering closely with dietitians, nurses, and physicians, you will translate clinical needs into practical, appealing menu offerings for diverse populations. You will train and supervise foodservice teams on diet accuracy, allergens, and food safety standards, while monitoring quality, documentation, and regulatory readiness.
