This position empowers you to combine your hands-on carpentry background with executive site leadership on projects valued up to $1M+. You will join a supportive team that values quality craftsmanship, open communication, and long-term career growth.How You Will Make an ImpactDirect day-to-day site operations for high-end residential additions, structural modifications, and full-house renovations.Perform detailed material takeoffs, manage supply orders, and coordinate precise material deliveries on-site.Troubleshoot on-site construction obstacles in real time and step in to self-perform trade tasks when needed.Monitor framing, drywall, finish carpentry, tile, and MEP integrations to guarantee superior craftsmanship.Maintain transparent and calming communication with homeowners to provide regular updates and address concerns.Utilize BuilderTrend mobile software to track project schedules, submit site logs, and manage field budgets.Required Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling and overall construction management.Proven track record leading large-scale renovations ($300K+) involving additions and load-bearing structural removals.Extensive practical knowledge in framing, drywall, trim carpentry, door/window installation, and fixture placement.Strong ability to troubleshoot field issues independently and perform hands-on trade repairs when required.Excellent interpersonal skills with a calm, solutions-oriented approach to client relationship management.High proficiency using mobile software applications for project scheduling, logs, and site tracking.High School Diploma or GED equivalent.Preferred Qualifications & ExperienceProfessional background with a foundation built on hands-on carpentry or specialized trade work.In-depth familiarity with Metro Atlanta residential building codes and permitting workflows.Compensation & BenefitsProject completion bonuses and performance-based incentive opportunities.Paid time off including paid holidays, vacation time, and sick days.Flexible hybrid working arrangement with autonomy over site schedules.Dedicated mentor training and long-term professional development programs.Uniforms provided for job site and client interactions.Company events, team outings, and annual company trips.About UsdB Atlanta is a premier residential general construction firm committed to high-end design, exceptional craftsmanship, and total client satisfaction.
