Market Intelligence & Business Development Manager

To support a growing commercial division, the full-time salaried Market Intelligence & Business Development Manager will build and manage a portfolio of target commercial accounts, drive CRM adoption, and produce market intelligence briefings while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Build and manage a portfolio of target commercial accounts through inside sales activities, identifying and qualifying prospects for national and regional sales teams Own the national prospect database, tracking key market signals and producing regular market intelligence briefings for sales leadership Drive CRM adoption across the sales team, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking and coaching on effective engagement strategies Required Qualifications 15+ years in commercial sales, business development, or sales leadership within the CEA, horticulture, or controlled environment agriculture space Deep understanding of commercial cultivation, including license structures and supplier decision-making processes Proven track record of opening new accounts and influencing sales team behavior Experience with Salesforce and familiarity with sales intelligence tools Ability to build processes and standards from scratch without a predefined playbook
