Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Onsite Project Coordinator to support field execution and project coordination activities within Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Petrochemical facilities. The role will coordinate site readiness, field walkdowns, documentation, client communication, project tracking, and deliverable status.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate site sequencing, mobilization/demobilization, work-front readiness, permits, documentation, and site access.
- Support and track field walkdowns involving P&IDs, Plot Plans, Area Classification drawings, Lease Flow Diagrams, equipment tags, instruments, control valves, PSVs, and nameplate data.
- Ensure field teams use the latest client drawings, templates, checklists, and approved red-line/blue-line markup practices.
- Monitor field inputs including red-lined drawings, asset registers, PSV templates, photo logs, discrepancy summaries, query logs, and progress reports.
- Coordinate resolution of client queries, missing information, tagging discrepancies, and field-observed deviations.
- Maintain project trackers for site readiness, document status, field completion, deliverables, action items, owners, due dates, and closures.
- Lead/coordinate progress meetings, provide status updates, identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain scope discipline and ensure onsite activities remain within agreed project and commercial boundaries.
