Coordinator, Congenital Heart Program

A Brief Overview The ACHD Coordiantor is responsible for supporting the administrative aspects of the Adult Congenital Heart Disease Program. This individual will interact with patients and families, physicians, residents, nurses and other hospital and administrative staff on a regular basis to support the program. What You Will Do Responsible to triage all incoming calls to the ACHD program. Provides administrative support to the Director of the ACHD program and department. Coordinates ACHD outreach programs. Coordiantes and maintains appropriate recrds for the ACHD program. Oversees the revenue cycle process. Schedules and coordiantes appointments and testing for patients. Corrdiantes monthly meetings. Responsible for data organization, feedback collection and analysis to assist the director in developing benchmarking strategies. Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. For specific duties and responsibilities, refer to documentation provided by the department during orientation. Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.
