Regional DirectorPosition at Clarvida - CaliforniaAbout the Role The Regional Director is responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple clinics and programs delivering mental health and substance use services across an assigned region. This senior leadership role ensures alignment with organizational strategy, regulatory and contractual compliance, fiscal performance, and service quality. The Regional Director partners with internal leadership and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence and sustainable program outcomes. Location Orange County programs.ResponsibilitiesOversee regional program operations to ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and organizational standardsEstablish and execute regional goals aligned with corporate objectives, including fiscal performance, program development, and workforce managementProvide leadership, guidance, and support to Program Directors and supervisorsMonitor and evaluate program performance, productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs)Utilize data to drive program improvement, quality assurance, and operational effectivenessEnsure compliance with documentation, billing, accreditation, and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA standardsManage regional budgets and support financial planning, forecasting, and sustainability effortsLead workforce management activities including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and staff developmentEnsure staff training compliance and support ongoing training initiativesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with county, community, and state partnersRepresent the organization and support regional growth through stakeholder engagement and collaborationComplete reports and required documentation in a timely and accurate mannerPerform additional duties as assignedRequired QualificationsDemonstrated leadership experience in program management, operations, or healthcare environmentsStrong understanding of systems of care and reimbursement structuresExperience with business operations, financial oversight, and performance managementStrong communication, organizational, and leadership skillsAbility to analyze data and apply insights to improve program performanceValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurancePreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Mental Health can be Licensed, Mental Health Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, Business Operations, or a related fieldExperience overseeing multi-site operations or regional program leadershipExperience in behavioral health or human services environmentsCompensation & BenefitsFull-time Employees:Paid vacation days (increase with tenure)Separate sick leave that rolls over annuallyPaid holidaysMedical, dental, and vision insurance optionsDailyPay – access your earnings without waiting for paydayTraining, development, and leadership growth opportunitiesAll Employees:401(k)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Pet insurancePerks @ Clarvida – national discounts on shopping, travel, and entertainment( Benefits may vary by state or county )Work Location California – Regional role with travel across program locations Travel required up to approximately 50%Employment: Job Title: Regional Director Location: Orange County CA Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $125k - $135K based on experienceAbout Clarvida Clarvida is a leader in behavioral health care, providing community-based mental health and human services.
