A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company and the capability of working in a team environment are necessary for this position.Ensures all machines, tools and fleet equipment are in working orderEnsures preventative maintenance is performed on equipment per manufacturers suggested guidelinesEnsures all safety devices are in proper working orderFollows safety proceduresDemonstrates a commitment to the quality improvement process and the philosophy of continuous improvement; identify and respond actively and with sensitivity to the needs of all customers; participates as a team player in all phases of the organization; and is open and responsive to change.Comply with all company policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedEducation and/or Work Experience Requirements:Knowledge of maintenance for machinery, tools and fleet equipmentAttention to detail, takes pride in quality of workEfficient and able to complete assignments within a given deadlineStrong verbal communication skillsCommunicates effectively with team membersMinimum 2 years' experience in machinery or equipment maintenance.Why Clayton?Full-time team members have the flexibility to create their own health, dental, and vision benefits package.
