The Big Task

You'll be the first point of contact for our customers - providing 5-star service over the phone. You'll handle inbound calls from homeowners across our service area, listen to their needs, and convert them into book service appointments with professionalism and accuracy.

Hours: 10:00 AM7:00 PM & 1:00 PM10:00 PM during the summer.

Key Sub Tasks

• Deliver a welcoming and professional first impression on every call.
• Listen closely to customer needs and book the correct service type.
• Outbound calls to schedule member benefits.
• Capture accurate information and enter it into our system efficiently.
• Educate customers on available products, maintenance plans, and promotions.
• Maintain communication with all departments, including management
• Remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Participate in ongoing training to build confidence and grow professionally.
• Represent Peaden's values with integrity and genuine care for every customer.

• A strong background in customer service (phone or face-to-face)
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Proficiency with computers and data entry
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
