Location Big Spring, TX Shift Regular Shift. Job Type Contract (6+ Months to 1 Year). Qualifications Must be Registered Dietician (RD) / Licensed Dietician (LD) with the State Of Texas. Min 1 year experience required. Responsibilities Complete nutritional assessments, provide consultations, education, and other nutritional services as assigned. Analyse patients’ health status, goals, dietary restrictions and track dietary intake and progress. Consult with patients, families, and treatment team regarding nutrition needs. Complete electronic medical record documentation. Provide nutrition information to Food Service Director/Managers.
