Job Description
JOB OVERVIEW
•Job Title: Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OB/GYN)
•Job Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
•Location: Mountain Home, AR
•Service Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient Obstetrics and Gynecology
•Clinical Shift Schedule: Standard clinic hours
•On-Call Shift Schedule: 8 weekdays per month & only 4 weekends per year
•Call Ratio: 1:3 call rotation

FACILITY INFORMATION
•Onsite Equipment:

- 3 Ultrasound Machines

- Non-Stress Test (NST)

- Colposcope
•OB Department:

- 650-700 deliveries/year

- Level 2 Nursery with support from 3 Pediatricians

- 2 OB/GYN physicians on staff

- 24/7 Anesthesia Coverage
•Surgical Technology: Da Vinci XI and Da Vinci 5 robotic systems

•Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
•Competitive base salary ($400,000+) plus production bonus opportunity

JOB REQUIREMENTS
•Licenses: Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
•Certifications: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
•Experience: Open to experienced physicians and new graduates
•Other Qualifications:

- Strong teamwork and patient-centered care approach

- Competency in routine and high-risk OB, gynecologic surgery, and procedures

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Provide comprehensive OB/GYN services in a hospital-affiliated clinic
•Conduct prenatal care, deliveries, gynecologic procedures, and surgeries
•Participate in 1:3 shared hospital call
•Collaborate with pediatricians, anesthesia, and hospital staff for safe, coordinated care
•Utilize advanced technology including robotic-assisted surgery
