Construction Project Manager

Madison, Illinois

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Construction Project Manager in Madison, IL!

Pay rate is $40–$50/hour + Company Vehicle. Seeking a Project Manager to manage construction projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage projects, schedules, and subcontractors
Review drawings and proactively resolve issues
Handle RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings
Manage change orders, takeoffs, and pricing
Assist with estimating and preconstruction
Track progress, budgets, and project documentation
Maintain client and vendor relationships

Requirements:

3–5 years of PM or similar experience
Strong knowledge of construction and estimating principles
Proficient with project management software (AutoCAD a plus)
Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
