LOCATION: Eastman, GA (Dodge County) The Community Service Board of Middle Georgia’s Eastman Annex services both Child & Adolescents as well as Adults with Behavioral Health Diagnoses. The Treatment Engagement Specialist/Clerk will handle all administrative tasks as well as assist any mental health or medical staff as needed. CSBMG is seeking a professional individual who has strong communication skills and provides exceptional customer service. Overall, this is a fast-paced and high-volume position that heavily features the use of phone correspondence. Responsibilities of the Treatment Engagement Specialist/Clerk Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external contacts and clients. Communicate effectively with staff across various programs. Duties will vary based on clinical and agency needs and will include: Answering telephones, screening calls, forwarding, and taking messages. Scheduling clients for all staff. Performing administrative tasks such as handling packages, mail, filing paperwork, faxing, and photocopying. Providing general administrative support to program staff. Assist with maintaining the building, including coordinating office services such as maintenance and cleaning. Provide basic case management support, which may include: Assisting clients with completing forms, gathering required documents, and navigating internal processes. Conducting follow-up calls to check on client needs, appointment reminders, or service coordination. Supporting staff in coordinating referrals or collecting information needed for services. Complete accurate and timely documentation, including: Entering client interactions, updates, and outcomes into electronic systems. Maintaining organized records and ensuring documentation meets agency standards. Other duties as assigned.
