Job Summary
Occupational Therapist Inpatient (OT IP) position in a rehabilitation hospital setting. This role involves providing specialized therapeutic services to adult patients recovering from neurological injuries, trauma, or orthopedic conditions. The successful candidate will work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care focused on maximizing recovery and independence.

Job Details

• Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Masters in Occupational Therapy, 1-3 years of experience as an occupational therapist, basic computer knowledge, effective communication skills in English (verbal & written), location within a feasible distance for the assignment
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in acute care, skilled nursing, or inpatient rehabilitation hospital; familiarity with common diagnoses such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and debility
• Additional Information: The position involves working on a inpatient unit with 40 beds, treating adult patients with various neurological and orthopedic conditions. Candidates should demonstrate a cooperative attitude and desire to be a team player. The start date is 09/21/2026, with an end date of 12/21/2026. Scrub color is black, and report time is between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM. Parking is available at the rear of the building.
